ash flow notes that are legal contracts that document financial transactions between two or more parties. Currently there are over sixty types of cash flow notes. Among the most common: real estate, regulation, business and the seller carry back note financing.

Generally, sellers offering 10 to 20 percent of the financing and the buyer to obtain the rest by conventional lenders.
